Capoeira MarAzul holds a weekly open roda every Friday in West Kensington, London.
The ‘roda’ is the space where capoeiristas get together to play capoeira – a circle with instruments, music, singing, and two players playing capoeira in the middle. It is a social and community gathering, where energy flows between and grows amongst the participants.
