Classes for Children and Young People in London
Capoeira helps develop children's co-ordination, fitness, flexibility, balance and rhythm. The classes emphasise both self-expression and discipline.
Children learn the movements of Capoeira, the songs and music that accompany the Capoeira game, and learn to play the musical instruments used in Capoeira (drums, tamborine, 'berimbau' and latin bells).
All teachers are CRB-checked.

Time: Thursdays 4.30-5.30pm.
Venue: Edward Woods Community Centre, 60-70 Norland Road, off Queensdale Crescent, Shepherd's Bush, London W11 4TX (Nearest tube: Shepherd's Bush / Holland Park).
Price: £5 for 10 weeks
